The building

Stop paying someone else's mortgage on your office.

Most small businesses in Crowley lease, and every renewal is a negotiation they don't control. This building is the other option.

The ground floor is finished out for a team: a waiting room at the front door, five private offices, a conference room, two tiled restrooms with grab bars, a coffee bar and one long central hall that keeps it all organized. The attached garage has a roll-up door for deliveries, equipment or inventory.

Upstairs is a fully finished second floor with a full kitchen, a flex room, a lounge, a bath with a walk-in shower and its own laundry room.

Move your people in and get to work. The build-out is already done.

Location

The middle of a city that's still growing.

Crowley sits on Fort Worth's southern edge with direct highway access both ways. FM 1187 runs between Chisholm Trail Parkway and I-35W, so your team, your clients and your trucks can get in and out without fighting downtown Fort Worth traffic.

A city that's adding people

Crowley grew from 18,070 residents at the 2020 Census to an estimated 20,954 in 2025, about 16% in five years. Median household income is $95,030.

A rebuilt Main Street

The city reconstructed Main Street with two roundabouts, wider sidewalks, a protected bike lane, new drainage and buried power lines. The project was built to bring business back to the heart of town.

A downtown the city is investing in

Crowley's Economic Development Corporation has bought land along Main Street to guide what gets built there, and City Hall was remodeled in 2024. Downtown projects earned Texas Downtown Association awards in 2024.
