The honest part
What to know first
- Public transportation has centered on on-demand rideshare, not fixed-route mass transit.
- The Entertainment District draws about 15.6 million visitors a year, so game and event days bring crowds.
Not its strength: transit options, quiet, small-town pace.
Not rated yet: walkable, a real downtown, land and acreage, horses welcome, established neighborhoods, luxury homes. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
