The honest part

What to know first

  • Retail sits mainly around FM 407 and Jeter Road.
  • DCTA's service area covers Denton, Lewisville and Highland Village, not Bartonville.

Not its strength: walkable, transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, a real downtown, shopping, lake days, new construction.

Not rated yet: restaurants, nightlife, parks and trails, golf. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
