The honest part
What to know first
- Oakmont Country Club requires membership.
- Planned downtown retail sits in projects still to come, while Corinth Parkway has some retail today.
- DCTA names Denton, Highland Village and Lewisville as its member cities, not Corinth.
Not its strength: transit options, quiet, small-town pace, vibrant, big-city energy, a real downtown, shopping, lake days, horses welcome, established neighborhoods, luxury homes.
Not rated yet: walkable, restaurants, nightlife, land and acreage. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
