The honest part
What to know first
- The town's comprehensive plan counts no public trails.
- The town plans no public wastewater system, and Mustang SUD serves only where lines already exist.
- DCTA names Denton, Highland Village and Lewisville as its member cities, not Cross Roads.
Not its strength: transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, a real downtown, shopping, parks and trails, golf, new construction, established neighborhoods.
Not rated yet: walkable, restaurants, nightlife. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
