The honest part

What to know first

  • A Ronay Drive address scores 24 on Walk Score, where almost all errands require a car.
  • The combined rate runs about 2.19 per $100 in Fort Worth ISD and about 2.34 in Everman ISD before any water district charge.
  • The I-20 corridor through the city is highly traveled.
  • The city has no lake or other water area of its own.

Not its strength: walkable, transit options, quiet, small-town pace, vibrant, big-city energy, parks and trails, lake days, golf, land and acreage, new construction, luxury homes.

Not rated yet: a real downtown, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, horses welcome. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
