The honest part
What to know first
- Walk Score rates the city 25, and most errands take a car.
- Transit here runs on demand, with no rail line in the city.
- Two counties and four school districts mean the tax total changes across the city.
Not its strength: walkable, transit options, quiet, small-town pace, nightlife, lake days, established neighborhoods.
Not rated yet: land and acreage, horses welcome, new construction. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
