What it does well
Strong here
- Quiet, small-town pace●●●
About 2,300 people live here.
The honest part
What to know first
- Fort Worth is about 36 miles away and Dallas about 48.
Not its strength: transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, a real downtown, restaurants, shopping, parks and trails, lake days, new construction, luxury homes.
Not rated yet: walkable, nightlife, golf, land and acreage, horses welcome, established neighborhoods. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
Get outside
- Grandview City Park

- Entwined Grounds Coffee House
