The honest part

What to know first

  • Boat ramp day use runs $10.
  • One Hickory Creek address scores 37 on Walk Score.
  • DCTA's A-train stations sit in Denton, Lewisville and Carrollton, not Hickory Creek.

Not its strength: walkable, transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, restaurants, shopping, land and acreage, new construction, luxury homes.

Not rated yet: a real downtown, nightlife, golf, horses welcome. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
