Krugerville is a Denton County city of about 1.3 square miles on U.S. 377, about 12 miles from Denton. It sits between Ray Roberts Lake and Lewisville Lake, with horse country to the north. Woodland Park hosts the farmers market.

Homes sold at a three-month median near $572,000 through September 2026, with eight sales in September. New builds in The Woodlands often sit on half-acre or larger lots, while the median lot citywide is about 6,500 square feet.

Not its strength: walkable, transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, shopping, parks and trails, lake days, golf, land and acreage, horses welcome, new construction, luxury homes.
Not rated yet: a real downtown, restaurants, nightlife, established neighborhoods. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
