The honest part
What to know first
- The combined rate runs about 2.18 per $100 before any water district charge.
- Boat permits for the lake come through the City of Fort Worth, not the city.
Not its strength: walkable, vibrant, big-city energy, lake days, golf, land and acreage, new construction, luxury homes.
Not rated yet: transit options, a real downtown, restaurants, nightlife, horses welcome. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
