The honest part

What to know first

  • One address in Lavon scores 29 on Walk Score.
  • Lavon is not among the six cities in the Collin County Transit service area.

Not its strength: walkable, transit options, quiet, small-town pace, vibrant, big-city energy, a real downtown, parks and trails, luxury homes.

Not rated yet: restaurants, nightlife, shopping, golf, land and acreage, horses welcome. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
