Oak Point sits on a peninsula of Lewisville Lake in east central Denton County, just south of US 380 and roughly midway between Denton and Frisco. The city runs a boat ramp off Lakeshore Boulevard, and Jake's Place Park has ball fields on Naylor Road.

Homes sold at a three-month median near $522,000 through July 2026, with 47 sales in July. Chaparral Park is a new-home community, with Bloomfield homes from about $420,000 to $669,000.

Not its strength: walkable, transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, parks and trails, established neighborhoods, luxury homes.
Not rated yet: a real downtown, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, golf, land and acreage, horses welcome. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
