The honest part
What to know first
- The 2026 combined rate runs about 2.22 per $100 before any water district charge.
- The city ended its public transit arrangement with Trinity Metro, and Trinity Lakes Station replaced the Richland Hills TRE stop.
- The city has no shopping mall. North East Mall in Hurst serves the area.
Not its strength: walkable, transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, a real downtown, lake days, land and acreage, new construction.
Not rated yet: restaurants, nightlife, shopping, golf, horses welcome, luxury homes. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
