What's for sale

Redevelopment after the 1998 base transition took in 400 acres of federal property for a multi-use plan.

The honest part

What to know first

  • One address, 108 McNaughton Lane, scores 27 on Walk Score, and most errands from there take a car.

Not its strength: walkable, restaurants, parks and trails, lake days, land and acreage, new construction.

Not rated yet: transit options, a real downtown, nightlife, horses welcome, luxury homes. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
