What it's like
The short version
White Settlement sits where I-30 meets Loop 820 on the northwest side of Fort Worth, bordered by Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth and Lockheed Martin. Ridgmar Mall is the shopping stop for the area.
What's for sale
Homes sold at a median near $215,000 in August 2026. Housing includes Liberator Village, built during World War II beside the B-24 plant.

- The combined 2025 rate is about $2.34 per $100 before any homestead exemption.
- The city rate went up for tax year 2026, from $0.714778 to $0.762261.
Not its strength: quiet, small-town pace, restaurants, shopping, parks and trails, lake days, golf, luxury homes.
Not rated yet: walkable, transit options, vibrant, big-city energy, a real downtown, nightlife, land and acreage, horses welcome, new construction. That means I haven't confirmed it either way, not that it isn't here.
